The CAA Museum, located in the historic Kamp Store, has been closed since the catastrophic 2019 flood and the 2020 Covid shutdown.
We are working to reopen the museum in 2025!
As part of our efforts, we have been working to relocate the museum from its current location to a location in Kampsville that is outside of the floodplain. The CAA and the Village of Kampsville now have a grant that will fund 90% of project to protect the building and reopen the museum. The remaining 10% of the funds will be provided by the CAA.
